02 / Your request

Data and purposes.

The form collects name, email, company and message you choose to send. We save the date, reference, notice of the information and management status. They need to respond, evaluate the project and arrange a call. The legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Mandatory fields are necessary to manage the request; they do not involve enrollment in a newsletter.

To limit abusive sendings we use a daily identifier derived from the network address, stored in the form of hash associated with the request. We don't use it for profiling. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

03 / Tools and recipients

How the request is handled.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. Contact form services, the database and the private dashboard are managed through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Requests are stored in the database of the site and made available in the reserved area to the owner. The n8n stream forwards the content to Marcello's email box via the connected email service. Data can be accessed by the owner, persons authorised to manage and suppliers involved in technical delivery, for their respective functions.

Suppliers can also operate outside the European Economic Area. The relevant treatments and transfers are subject to the conditions and guarantees applicable to the services used. We don't sell the request data.

04 / Times

Conservation.

Commercial requests are kept for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, except for ongoing collaboration, legal obligations or rights protection requirements. The data necessary for tax contracts and documents follow the respective terms of law. The aggregated statistics of the site are kept for a maximum of 14 months.

05 / Optional statistics

Measurement without individual profiles.

Only with your positive choice we record daily counts of the page, clicks on the main actions and playing videos. We do not save a visitor identifier, email addresses, module content, URL parameters or IP addresses in the statistical system. We don't calculate unique visitors. The preference is kept in the browser for six months and can be changed from the “Preferences Statistics” link in the footer. The legal basis is the consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Requests sent are recorded regardless of the choice on statistics, because they need to respond. The reserved area distinguishes these requests from optional statistical counts.

06 / Your rights

Access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

You can request access to the data, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability in the cases provided and object to processing based on the legitimate interest. You can revoke your consent to the statistics at any time, without effects on the treatments already made. Write to the contacts of the owner. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisor: Garanteprivacy.it.

07 / Booking & security

Calendar and anti-bot verification.

The reservation opens the Cal.com calendar of Marcello, which processes the data necessary for the appointment according to its information. The site does not transmit to Cal.com the form data: enter them in the calendar only if you choose to book. For the module and the opening of the calendar we use a five-minute mono-use verification code, even in an audio version. The code, token and a daily network address hash serve to prevent abuse; expired records are removed when the next code is released. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the safety of the service.
