Managing the Amazon platform was a part-time commitment for employees of this company until they outsourced their Amazon account to us.
We have recorded an average increase in sales of 84% in 2022 compared to 2021, as you can see from the statistics below, derived from a screenshot of the Helium 10 platform (which is a fundamental tool that supports us in managing the Amazon account, both vendors and sellers)

Our revenue targets for (2022) are £300,000 per annum and we have almost achieved this target two months early.
INITIATIVES
We started by optimizing their content, both graphically and SEO-wise, and increased conversion rates by 56%.

This was followed by a new inventory management process to improve stock availability rates by 40%.
We ensured that all bestsellers were always available and added complementary SKUs to the product line such as golf club cabinets and first aid kits, which are fixed-price products that, with a specific offer/discount strategy, have become an important source of revenue.
We then created a targeted advertising plan that reduced their expenses and increased their Amazon ROI.
Finally, we created the Brand Store, with personalized banners and with the main product categories, we created display ads that redirected the user to the store, allowing us to conquer a good slice of the market taken away from our direct competitors.
